I was delighted to be asked to part in the recent Paddy Power Betfair #FlexAppeal event over in Paddy Tower in Clonskeagh.
They had thge event to showcase the range of flexible working they have on offer in the organisation. Essentially they are trying to get the message out there that people can request flexible working for any reason, be it raising children, training competitively for sport or even just to travel or pursue a hobby. They have a very good range of options including job share and term time working which is quite unusual in the private sector.
There was a great energy in the room and really enjoyed meeting everyone there.
