Delighed to be featured in The Irish Times last week in the Business Section. The article talks about how flexibility is finally beginning to take off among employers. Unfortunately Ireland does lag other countries in this regard. Given that we have the highest childcare costs in Europe this is an area which has been ignored for too long.
However there is finally the realisation that flexible working is a smart way to access highly skilled talent and it can save costs as well. In particular with small businesses it is a way to access higher quality talent that you may not be able to afford on a full time basis.
