Hosting the WorkJuggle Re-Entry workshop is one of my favourite things.
Am always blown away by the energy, enthusiasm and sheer talent in the room and last week's workshop was no exception. Everyone is always so open with their journey and their challenges. It was particularly interesting hearing from two women who had recently moved to Ireland and the challenges they faced adjusting to Irish culture (high cost of childcare and an inflexible working culture being the main ones!).
Thanks to everyone who came, I know some travelled quite a distance.
